Most of us really demand a lot of those porn performers every day here, and many of us use quite harsh language sometimes addressing them.
But I know a lot of porn fans despite their seemingly hard shell have some really weak spots for many of those girls.

True compassion gets into the way of mere customer demands as soon as we get to know them personally (not the case for most of porn fans, though), read about their real life troubles or see them really struggling on set performing for us.

It's happened to me on very rare occasions. Why I choose "never"

It's really hard for me to explain this one, but first, is very unhealthy to care about people who are not related to you in some meaningful way.
You might care about them enough to post something on the Internet, but to care, is to protect something or handle issues into you own hands. Will you do any of that? Do you really care then? or is it all BS.
Considering I don't know anything about these girls, in the "how they are as a person" department, It's really hard for me to REALLY like them, and therefore care about them. I mean, sure I find them sexually attractive because they are all very pretty, but to me, being pretty it's not good enough.

Second, a person who ONLY experiences pain during intercourse, has not learn how to like sex OR is a newbie at it. Remember the first time you ejaculated? yeah it was painful.
To that extent, porn actresses who genuinely feel a lot of pain during scenes probably hate their job and will never learn how to like it.

Finally, there has to be some pain during intercourse, that moment when self control is gone, and you don't care that it hurts, because ultimately, feels so good, it's the best.

So no, I don't care... one bit. Although, when I saw what happened to Christy Mack, I felt pretty bad, but that was more or less my empathy for another human being, it didn't happened during a porn set though. SO....
