You ask on here for suggestions on how to be better. I have watched your studio and your work closely, with some of your scenes on LPAV (around 10% of them purchased).
Here are some recommendations, which will certainly make me buy your scenes more:

1) The girls you have are actually really hot. Consider styling them and glamming them up better. You do this well in some scenes, but not in all scenes.
2) I think asking the girls to wear stocking/lingerie, and wear sexy heels and keeping them on for the majority of the scene will help your popularity.
3) I love the look of your glans, and the use of a cock ring. However, get the girls to lick/tongue your ass and especially to RIM you for longer.
