Personally, I would prefer to never see the girl's feet, as I don't really find them at all sexy. Having said that, I understand that a lot of people feel differently, and that's OK. If they always kept their heels on throughout the entire scene, it would please some customers (including me), but it would displease others, so they have to strike a balance.
