More than a week into my membership, still can't watch or download a single scene!

Seriously, how long do you guys wish to test my patience? A week and a half ago, I made the decision to sign up for the full membership. I love the content Evilangel puts out, and Sineplex/Evilutionplex looks to be right up my alley. So I thought what the heck, and proceeded to buy the full membership. Upon completion of the transaction, I started browsing and immediately noticed the search function, along with many pages on the website are NOT working. Provided that this site is relatively new(?), I was able to overlook these flaws and continued searching...

And then comes the BS ATTESTATION. The process is BROKEN! The first few times I tried to attest, the page doesn't even load! I tried contacting support, and after 2 days got no response. I decided to try the attestation again, this time the page actually loaded. I thought everything was going to go smoothly from now on BUT NO. Once I entered my credit card details and hit the "attest now" button, the page says "processing" but NOTHING happens. I left the page open for two hours and it still says processing. Here I sent another support ticket, and they responded by saying 'your ticket has been assigned to account management'. It's been five days now and still no update on what is going on. I decided to try attestation again and again until it works, but now I am locked out from attesting. I've sent another support yesterday and again got no response.

So more than a week into my membership, I still can't watch or download anything on the site. I paid money, jumped through many hoops, and got no product in return. Even if support is able to resolve the issue in the next few days, I would be two weeks down in my membership. I really wanted to like this site as many of the previews looked great, but right now this is worst paid membership site I've ever been on (member of countless paid sites). How long do I need to wait before I throw in the towel and call the credit card provider?

Ok I will be patient for a few more days.

Btw, I just realized on sineplex.com it says I have 495 tickets and unlimited streaming. However at legalporn's member area, it says I have no tickets and no streaming minutes. Are they not the same website?

yes its all the same -- but some scenes will not be on sineplex. you should be able to use them, but its a big bug. thanks for letting me know

Well at the moment sineplex and legalporn seems to have different tickets. At some point you were able to move yuor sineplex tickets to legalporno, but not sure if you can anymore.

I've had enough of this. This is the only website I've been on that the customers must BEG for their membership that they've paid for to actually work! If I do a credit card charge back, I'll be locked out from all sites using idcert, which isn't fair to me as I did nothing wrong. So I'll do this the nice way, give me a refund please.

To all other potential customers, stay away from this site! They take your money and give you access to a site that is filled with bugs, and at times simply doesn't work. If you run into a problem, good luck with it as support is almost non-existent. It is pretty sad having to ask for help on a forum, when the official support team ignores you.

They don't even listen to me. I wrote multiple emails and provided screenshots of what the problem is. They didn't respond to any of my emails for more than a week, until yesterday where they gave a generic solution of me clearing my cookies and trying again. Deleting cookies DOES NOTHING as the attestation limit data is not stored on my end. The attestation page TELLS me to contact support, and support doesn't respond to my emails and give generic responses that don't fix anything. I tried calling them at (censored) and the number is "busy, please try again later". Not even the support number work.
It is clear to me that either they don't know what to do, or simply don't care. Can you please contact them and tell them to give me a refund?

I'm on the same situation.

I bought my tickets, but It's not possible to download the sceanes.

I sent e-mails for them but nobody hekp me.

Porn box seems to have broken for me. Despite being a member in good standing having previously passed attestation, when i try and download a scene from my pornbox (even scenes that i have downloaded in the past) I just get the following message:
"High-level videos downloads denied. Please, contact support. "

I will do as said and contact support but thought it was worth bringing it up here in case i am not alone.
