Seriously, how long do you guys wish to test my patience? A week and a half ago, I made the decision to sign up for the full membership. I love the content Evilangel puts out, and Sineplex/Evilutionplex looks to be right up my alley. So I thought what the heck, and proceeded to buy the full membership. Upon completion of the transaction, I started browsing and immediately noticed the search function, along with many pages on the website are NOT working. Provided that this site is relatively new(?), I was able to overlook these flaws and continued searching...
And then comes the BS ATTESTATION. The process is BROKEN! The first few times I tried to attest, the page doesn't even load! I tried contacting support, and after 2 days got no response. I decided to try the attestation again, this time the page actually loaded. I thought everything was going to go smoothly from now on BUT NO. Once I entered my credit card details and hit the "attest now" button, the page says "processing" but NOTHING happens. I left the page open for two hours and it still says processing. Here I sent another support ticket, and they responded by saying 'your ticket has been assigned to account management'. It's been five days now and still no update on what is going on. I decided to try attestation again and again until it works, but now I am locked out from attesting. I've sent another support yesterday and again got no response.
So more than a week into my membership, I still can't watch or download anything on the site. I paid money, jumped through many hoops, and got no product in return. Even if support is able to resolve the issue in the next few days, I would be two weeks down in my membership. I really wanted to like this site as many of the previews looked great, but right now this is worst paid membership site I've ever been on (member of countless paid sites). How long do I need to wait before I throw in the towel and call the credit card provider?
