A small point: putting on a uniform involves 'living it' during the whole scene, not just wear it for the sake of opening and picture set as we see it often.

It's up for the director to choose, guide and follow the correct approach.

For example if there is a 'schoolgirl' you should consider adding more elements like bubblegum, a ruler or whatever else. All of these elements should be in use during a scene. You can remove one of her socks but you must leave another one in its place. She can chew bubblegum during penetration or get an A+ written on her ass at the end. It would be stupid just to show her outfit in the intro, undress her afterwards and leave it like this.

The same goes for other outfits, there are even more small things to consider.
