Trailers not working/my videos in pornbox not working

I watch my videos on legalporno on my cell phone. The last 2 or 3 days I have not been able to watch the trailers for the new videos as when I click on them and goes to the page to watch and I click play they then say video not found. Also my videos I have bought in my pornbox are saying the same thing. I would hope you can help me as I'm anxiously waiting to watch the new trailers for the new videos! Also am I able to use my free tickets which I have 90 for some new clips without a membership at the moment?

I still can't get any of the trailers to work or the videos I have purchased in my pornbox to work. I don't have internet on home computer to watch so the only way I've been watching legalporno is from the Internet on my cell phone. Since last month it keeps saying the same thing saying video not found. Can you help me out or what do I need to do?

I emailed support a few days ago so hopefully I get it fixed! I'm missing my pornbox videos I have and seeing the trailers!
