Fix my Account

Ok, so I purchased tickets, then used the tickets to buy videos, but when I go to Pornbox, it says my account is locked. But it's not. I can login without problem to both LP and Pornbox. Really don't like not being able to accesss content I've purchased. Please fix this asap.

I bought some videos , the problem is that I am unable to access them because my account access to pornBox is blocked. I remember not to have violated any rules. Please correct me.
