Free tickets deducted but no video

I have tried to buy the video -Linda Sweet DAP'ed (7on1 mini gangbang & extreme anal stuffing [8it all from the ass]) SZ663 for 4.3 Free tickets - the site has taken payment twice - so has deducted 8.6 tickets and I am still unable to download video

I don't think I got my free ticket today. It says "A new free ticket will be added after undefined hours." Maybe I'm wrong about my ticket count but I was pretty sure I should be at 3.7 instead of 2.7.
