Also the intransparency and model bounding to agencies is rather daunting i suppose. The trouble is Pornbox/AnalVids/PissVids/WhateverIt'sCalledThisWeek isn't really a direct employer, just a publisher for hundreds of separate porn studios, all of whom are in different locations with different needs and payment policies. Casting really isn't any of their business.
