"U.S. Senate approves bill to make daylight saving time permanent"
For us Americans, the practice of changing time twice a year is now over. Is this the same in other counties? Is this why I don't get new videos now until 7pm instead of 6?

Time in Europe gonna change in Sunday, March 26th, at 2 AM goes one hour forward, so you will see new videos at 6 PM again from Sunday night. You are at eastern zone, right?
I dont know for end of October time change, is it gonna happen or not, EU said even couple of years ago, they are going to end that thing but it still running every March and October.

America did change the clocks, I've been watching their sports an hour earlier than usual here in the uk
