Wow John Thompson prod. really has lost it. Whatever the cause here was - it goes to show why GGG/666 is basically defunct now. The man is an antiquated idiot.

I've bought about 25 scenes with Sexy Susi, Ria Sunn, Nicole Love, July Sun, Rebecca Sharon and ... and ...and ... And now?! – NOTHING!!! Without being informed! 25 x 9tkts = 225tkts = ??? €/$/£. That's definitely not serious and imho more than just cheating ...

i have not received any refund for my GGG videos. can someone help? i will not purchase new tickets until this is rectified. I saw others in this thread who were reimbursed. is this process random?

I have purchased many GGG films with hundreds tickets on the site as well, only to see my library empty of them! I am wondering whether admins can look into my account purchases? I would appreciate if I could get my tickets refunded as well!

I have the same problem with my purchased GGG scenes in my libray, they all are gone. Can't remember exactly how many GGG scenes I had, I think more than 15... but I'm not sure. (total 2478 scenes in my library!)

Can I get some help please?

Going to bump this, also missing a few GGG scenes. I didn't have many, but those credits can be used elsewhere.
