No access to full version of bought content

Hi,

i can only see the trailers on vids i already bought in my libary and not the full versions. I logged in and out for a few times already but to no effect, can you please log into the matter?

Hi Kapwn,
I'm having problems watching my already bought scenes, they're marked as bought, but don't run, as I select them. It runs the triailer instead and the button "buy now" is active.

Buy the way, I cannot find any longer the scene (bought) with Chelsy Sun and Vera Delight: I can understand that it was removed from the store, it shouldn't have been removed instead from my library.

Just bought this scene. But instead of getting to the page with download options, it just puts me back to the purchase button again...
