I want to cancel but it doesn't work

Hi ,
I am an occasional user, I take a month from time to time. I want to cancel but it doesn't work.
I used the link I found on another post because the option is not present on my profile.
And on the last window is impossible to check the options and is impossible ti select "yes i'd like to cancel it".

can you help me.

In Pornbox, if you click on the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner and then on the date next to your membership, what do you see? You should see all of your active memberships shown with a 'Cancel' option on each.

Hi,

I have the exact same issue. Yes, we found the date next to our membership, quite easily. But the problem is When we try to cancel, we cant select any of "reason for cancelation". None of them. And we cant check : "I understand all of warning"... Too.

Exact same thing for the Button "Yes, I'D like to cancel it."
Can you help us please ? What we are supposed to do ?

I can't because I don't work for Pornbox but I responded in case how this should happen had been missed by the OP as I don't think it's as obvious as it should be.

If I were you I would contact support directly via Pornbox. You may also find posting in the support section of this forum would be more useful than posting here.

I don't see my active subscriptions in the menu on the right!
I used the following link which I found on the post "pornworl subscription".
but once on the page to terminate the menu is not clickable.

i will try to contact pornbox or GTFcharge directly.

Just tested it and it works:

You can check your subscription information by clicking on the expiration date of your membership at Pornbox.com in the dropdown menu (Click on your username in the top right corner). It is possible to cancel your recurring there as well.

For info. there was a site-wide issue preventing memberships being cancelled at the time this thread was started, but it was subsequently resolved:
