There was nothing "seemingly" intolerant about him - the guy was an anti-Semitic racist homophobe who spent 90% of his time on the forum insulting and attacking other forum members. In some ways even worse was that he had no interest in debating or interacting with other forum members - so much for free speech and tolerance! Instead he just came here to stand on a soapbox and browbeat and bully everyone into accepting his repulsive worldview, that was his "crusade". To which I reply, "go and crusade somewhere else where someone might be interested - no-one here wants to hear your relentless obsessive crap". That's the problem with the internet, it's full of people who claim to be believe in free speech but their belief in it doesn't stretch as far as listening to people who disagree with them. So, in conclusion, good riddance!
He probably never met a Jew in his life. Educate him. I rememember reading so-called 'Protocols of Zion' in my late '20's, looking at the no-go areas London had become for old white people by 'the youth' etc etc (the beatings & muggings never reported George Floyd style BTW) & thinking ''shit, this is all coming true''.
Then I realised 2 things:
'Firstly 'protocols' were likely a forgery upon a forgery probably as late as 1970's just to keep up with the times...
Secondly, that my greater wisdom showed me that all these evil so-called "anti-semitic" traits were shared by bad people everywhere in human experience.
And I thought about it. I've spent 90% of my life living & working in UK & Ireland... & guess what, 90% of the evil bastards I encountered were of that stock.
But if you're stuck in your bedroom, shielded by social protection or whatever, you mighn't get to see this.
So it does no harm to talk, especially if the vibes you get from someone are more clumsy than evil.
The good you can do will change someone forever, on a good day.
Thanks Brother.
Helping Hand by Louis Jordan:
So obscure I can't find lyrics on Google, but please listen, I typed out myself:
Old man turned to look around, see if he's was goin' crazy,
38 years behind the federal pen left his memory hazy,
he didn't recall buildings up that far,
400 horse ower pushing a car,
'cos time stood still behind the bars
Go find the people who are lost & give them a helping hand
Go find the people who are lost & give them a helping hand
Go find the people who are lost & give them a helping hand
Give your heart like fool & they're miserable too... just do for them what you can...
