Unclear Download Situation with some Memberships

I wonder if it could be made mandatory for studio membership details (via mouseover the '?') to include an explicit statement about whether downloads are included or not?

This thread has popped up because the 'Kinky Sex' studio membership doesn't specify:

I've personally wondered if the Lorenzo Viota studio membership includes downloads for the scenes included in the membership or not, and this morning I spotted that the Yummy Estudio membership also says nothing about downloads. I'm sure there will be loads more examples too.

From a user perspective it's not obvious to me whether having no statement about downloads is meant to indicate all included scenes can be download or that none can be. Or indeed if this may vary between studios that say nothing.
