Playback issues

I have experienced this issue for a while. Since I started my membership here.
What happens is that the video play speed will randomly slow down for a moment when I'm watching content from your website at my phone.
When this happens the sound becomes very annoying and the image moves forward slowly.
It happens every other minute and for a duration of what feels like 2 seconds or so. Maybe 20 or so times per scene.

It only happens when I play a video from LP at my smartphone.
I have tried 3 different brands, a HTC One M8, Samsung Galaxy S5 and my current LG G4.
After trying out 3 different brands, all high end models, and played videos and movies from other studios just fine

I have concluded that there is something different about your videos (Legalporno)

I don't have any issues on my PC and funny enough, when I stream the video from my smartphone to my TV, it works fine.
Anyone else have this issue?

I need some information from you to better understand the problem and know where to look for the root of the problem.

firstly: What is your Internet speed on your smartphone?
Does this happen with trailers on LP too? Or just Pbox streaming?

I download the 720p version of the videos to my pc. I then copy that file to the phone.

We think there is no problem on our side. Have been testing for a day, and everything works normal.

We will be doing some more testing though. Hang on please.

It's been a while.

I'm currently using a Sony Xperia Z5. Same issue.

I'm not streaming the videos. I'm playing the video file stored in a micro SD card class 10, inside the phone.

I'm seriously oblivious as to why this happens.
