Attacked while in bed, shower, latrine or in your car?

Anyone ever felt the shock of being attacked in this manner?

The worst is of course in bed asleep--perhaps in the shower Is more but it is bad. I was attacked in one of these ways and (estimate) it advanced me a few years toward the time death claims me.

Its a dreadful thought, but its very valid, since many of us, me anyway, only put alarm on when we're going out. Otherwise would be tripping it by moving around.

I cannot say the exact detail but was dark, I was asleep my clothes on after drinking. The window was open perhaps? I felt hand around my face, sudden beating. Face wrecked, I tried to speak but only a wheeze and yell! I am covering my broken face and kicking. He is telling ME get out. get out. I am grabbing and he knee me scrotum, ribs, kneeling on my ribs. My teeth loose. I have my fingers in his mouth and digging in his interior the side his face. He turns and is shaking the door to get out the room and smacking the wall, looking for light switch. He dives out the window and I stumble out, bloody duvet. I turn the light on and hostel room is wrecked, my face bloody. I am shock. WTF happen?

Yes, mentally traumatic. Baseline level of anxiety increased a bit and has not decline.

I’m not gonna tell you you were not attacked but from what you are describing and your state of awareness during this it sounds like it could have just as easily been someone called the police and you were drunk and resisting arrest and taken in for the night and don’t remember any of it or your criminal record…or someone could have been checking on you as they heard something unusual and you treated them as an intruder and attacked them…or you were in someone else’s place. That is to say that being as drunk as you admit you were you’re not really a reliable source for information about the events as they transpired that night.
