I feel like it might be some exclusivity with Sineplex. They are just starting to let some performers like Arwen Gold peform with Gonzo.

If Giorgio was as good as you are talking,you would not be begging for girls who have no contract with him.Some Sineplex girls are already recording with him yet you still want the others.

This shows a complete inability(from Giorgio) to find new great talents.

Although I think that lately Giorgio scenes has been much more stronger than the Sineplex.

Im a producers/director, I dont really know why I should "find great talents".
Talent scouts = Finds the models
Agency = Keep the model long time in the biz
Production = keep benefit of scouting and model management

Give me any model and I can shoot great content, even without top boys.
