Soon after I hit puberty I discovered porn, and even then, my favorite porn actresses I grew up with were all European. These girls are older than me, but I didn't care about that back then, and even today, they are all part of the hall of fame for me, and my nostalgia.

I grew up pre internet so when I could start RENTING PORN from the VIDEO STORE !! My favorites were ones like Tori Welles, Erica Boyer, Ginger Lynn, VIctoria Paris, etc.. those late 80s to early 90s US based starlets.

Whilst, a lot of people waxed lyrical about the two of them. I have ALWAYS and still to this day, have a much bigger preference for Briana Banks than Jenna Jameson.

Briana started under the name Mirage and did some gonzo work and I was a fan at that time, when she went to Vivid I kind of gave up on her but she was a star for a long time, no question.

Jenna, I never got into her as a porn star although she obviously was super hot. Very vanilla in her porn but she was , even till this day, the biggest and most popular porn star ever. Someone may argue that some of the current girls or ones from the past decade are more popular because of [spam] or porn hub views or something; but nobody moved people to spend money on porn like she did. She was getting put in feature movies with six figure budgets and they were making millions of dollars per movie in sales of VHS and later DVDs. Every video store would gobble up copies of her titles. Nobody in porn before or after has done what she did.

And with all the money she made she was broke more than once and turned into an absolute mess more often than not.
