What a sweeping generalization.

It would benefit you to learn the actual definition of racism. If an emloyer decides not to employ people because of their country of origin, that would be discrimination, but not racism, especially if those receiving the discrimination are of the same race of the person guilty of discrimination. You should learn the difference before you go around accusing people of it.

Also, the Race Relations Act is a British law, which obviously would not apply to LP since, as far as I'm aware, it is not a British company. We have similar laws here in the U.S. But if you know anything about American porn, you would know that racism is still common practice for American porn companies. So obviously, anti-discrimination laws don't apply to porn, at least not in the U.S.
