Two years ago models in the 18-19 yo range used to be a more common sight for Gonzo and GG studios. But now they seem to have all but disappeared. Why is this?

Besides Kelly Oliveira and Valentina Milan we have to go back 2 years!! to find another teen babe for Gonzo.

Well that is true for GG. He certainly did import many models from Russia and Ukraine. And he still do, just no teens.

In my opinion the Russian studios have much higher production values than the main Prague studios and that has to account for something to a new model. I also think that for Russian teens especially, traveling abroad is probably quite daunting, not to mention difficult to organize, unless their agent takes care of everything. Studios and agents seem very tightly coupled in Russia as well and sharing models is not as frequent as it should be, and they seem even less interested in sending their models to Prague. But it might also be that the main Prague studios have simply gone complacent, recognizing that they can get away with cheaper models without loosing too much sales, and thus not willing to invest in order to bring in teens from the east?

I think perhaps the girls who do leave Russia, are the ones that either are too low quality for the main Russian studios to even consider wasting time on, or models who have burned their bridges for doing more work for those studios, for whatever reasons.

Yeah, I see you point to a degree. NRX especially does amazing work showcasing the girl in 1on1 scenes, but has struggled a bit when moving on to DP, DVP and DAP. Action often isn't particularly intense and in the early days their camera work was quite bad to be honest. NRX has however done an excellent job at responding to criticism and continually improving on every aspect of their performance, and now I would say their camera work is very good. First of all, whatever we pay in Prague is more expensive than anywhere else in europe (and not only). We pay more to gain less, just 2 cents to clarify. Who is shooting in Russia, for example, spend 1/3 per scene than us and gain probably the triple per scene.
