I have a MUCH better understanding of the law than you, at least with respect to laws in the USA. I make no assertions regarding laws anywhere else. Why do you suppose nearly ALL pornography in the USA is produced in California? It's because such production is prosecutable under existing anti-prostitution laws in just about every other jurisdiction. Even in California, legality is tenuous, based on a unique judicial precedent that could be overturned at any time, and production -- and even POSSESSION -- of some pornographic materials is prosecutable as criminal offenses in California today, in particular pornography depicting persons under 18 years of age, even if the models in question are, in fact, OVER the age of 18 at the time of production. The judicial precedent that effectively legalized other forms of pornography in California for some reason isn't considered to apply in this case, nor to select others.
