I think it's a response to the fact that so many NRX models were headhunted by JM mid-training, in the early days, so now NRX keeps the new girls secret and shoots as much as they can get away with if the girl shows enough promise.

True, but it might still be useful if scenes already filmed, and hence unaffected by any misguided switch to such as JM, were released at a canter rather than a headlong gallop.
