That's a problem for the camera man to handle. The director needs to instruct the actors how to move on set so they don't obstruct the view of the camera man, what to do when it's not their turn etc. So teamwork is necessary to ensure that what ends up being captured is a pretty girl getting airtight all the way by random big "dudes". In a way that it seems that the protagonist is the girl. Where she is taking the attention from the male cast and camera man, ALL the time.

This two scenes have 5 or more guys and I don't think it would be reasonable to say you can't see the girl. It's all about her.

That's a waste to me, and will cost me more tickets. I don't want to pay for people standing around jerking off for half the scene, off camera or not. Also more work for the director and camerman increases times and costs, meaning less scenes overall. Money well spent is efficient and effective.
