"Your session has expired...Reloading" - cannot access vids

Hi PornBox Team,

I cannot access my purchased videos due to my account logging out repeatedly with the pop-up message "Your session has expired...Reloading". Judging by past forums, my account may have been blocked. Can you please investigate and advise next steps?

I am having the same "Session expired" issue. As soon as I try to watch or download anything I get this error. I am traveling overseas and wonder if that has caused this issue. Thanks for your help!

Please use pornbox.com to login - not analvids.

I have sent you a mail with some advices, please try those to see if the problem would get solved like that.

This pop-up comes direktly after loggin in my account, even if I join via pornbox
please help me getting this fixed.

I have not faced the same problem on your account.

You have spent your last 3 TKT back in March and have bought another 35 today. All the videos are in your library.

Maybe you are logging in to a different account? Please try with your email.

I bought 35TKT by mistake actually I requested a refund with GFT charge people, however I had 9TKT and as a proof of this, I atached a post that I did In VK forum back in August 27 complaining about the lack of new girls and one on one scenes, where I mentioned that I have 9TKT ready to be use when more good videos were uploaded, please check it, also I have bought more videos in the previous months, if the post that I did was in Auguts 27 where is the video that I bought after that date? it should be in the library but is not there , Iam not triying to take adavantage of the situation I usually buy videos and I think that this is not fair is not our fault that you have malfuntioning systems

Lol, you're in the wrong account dude. You're logged in to an account named "imperialdomino", and the screenshot you posted was by an account named "imperialdominio" (there's an extra 'i'). Your current account only has 4 posts on the forums, but the one in your screenshot has 11 posts. It doesn't take a support person to figure that out.

Looks like you made multiple accounts and bought various amounts of TKTs on each account. This was already suggested by Kapwn and you ignored it. Maybe actually listen to the people trying to help you next time.
