Why do the guys rub their dick heads before pissing?

I've noticed that in the pissing scenes some of the guys rub their dick before pissing. Why is this? I've never had to rub my dick in order to pee.

It's actually required of me to sit to pee (which I've read is actually very normal for men to do in much of Europe, though especially Germany) when I've an erection as standing up and doing it will result in me making a mess of my bathroom.

It could also be to make sure the opening is not obstructed in any way by something sticky.

If you ever put your thumb in a the opening of a garden hose, you notice that the water sprays in different angles.

When they are trying to hit a specific target with their urine, and there are other people and equipment standing close by...it's best to clear out the tip of the penis first.

I don't watch pissing, so I don't know if this is for certain...but it's a guess.

This is what I can't stand about most European nations. Governments there have their hands in everybody's lives, controlling everyone and everything they can. Give people their freedom douchebags!

Btw, it's two reasons they rub their dick head. First, when you have an erection there's a valve that closes to switch over to allow ejaculation rather than pee. So that's why it's hard when you are...well hard. :/

The other thing is when you have a hard time going, say because of a medical condition or maybe drugs being taken...or being plain old pee shy (like some of the girls)...

Rubbing your dick head stimulates a nerve to help it come forth. For those who watch most of them there's one guy, I don't know who because I don't recognize guys by their dicks for the most part... but he would rub his dick head, piss for 5 or 10 seconds, rub some more, piss some more, and so on, for at least a good minute I'd say. Though I don't have a good sense of time when I am watching parts of a scene.

This I have to agree with. Also, in many Western countries the media is absolutely dominated by one ideology with little variation in viewpoint. I talk to family and colleagues and I see how brainwashed people are.

As dysfunctional and lowbrow as the U.S. news media is, I'm glad there is at least variety.
