The Farrelly Brothers are the best at making comedy films, so all their films are very good. In fact, their movies are good for watching with girls because it puts them in a good mood before having some good time on the bed, so I really recommend them.

However if you like more darker comedy that's also interesting, then I recommend the Coen Brothers instead, they are the best at using dark humor in a very interesting way for films.

Dark comedy? Coen Bros for sure, but last night I found Stranger than Paradise--a Jim Jarmusch film from 1984, def a dark comedy on the human condition. I saw it on release, and I find that I keep thinking about it today. Next in line is his "Down by Law."

Also, look on Youtube for Police Squad...it was the failed TV series that spawned the Naked Gun series---JUST AS FUNNY
Only 6 or so episodes, but SO worthwhile

Blazing Saddles, blues brothers, shakes the Clown, Grandma's boy Pootie Tang , South Park Bigger Longer uncut, how high, a dirty shame, office space, bad Santa, the foot fist way, go! , Kung fu hustle, bridesmaids, observe and report, Jay and silent bob strike back, just buried, little Nicky, step bothers, fist fight, role models, goon, a beginners guide to endings, & the campaign are some of my favorites, but honestly anything John Waters, Kevin smith(tusk) , Christopher guest , Natasha lyonne or Jennifer Coolidge will Crack me up
