PerfectGonzo quality girls

Does anyone know why the quality of girls for PerfectGonzo around the years 2008-2010 was so high? During the era of Mike Angelo and Mugur there were some incredibly beautiful Hungarian, Romanian and others that did some very rough scenes but after that era they all disappeared.

My question is not about those girls specifically but about the quality of those girls in general in that era. Why can’t we get those kind of girls here on AV? Where are the beautiful Hungarian and Romanian girls?

Before he needed lots of girls for his productions and he scouted them!
Girls are always there, but scouts are needed!
Ok, EU accession of Rumania made scouts work more difficult, girls have other options, talent pool dried out because of this. BUT girls are still there, just scouts work better when they can actually sell them and dont have to invest hours and hours for finding some jobs for them.
PG was a porn factory 2003-9 demanding lots of fresh talent, with such a huge factory closed you can't expect same level of Romanian and Magyar girls anymore.

Add the other big problem of Bp: Fees started to run berserk at a certain point around 2007, girls got payed too much for little demanding scenes and than after Raul stopped no wonder glamour porn took over.

Another point is I believe Raul's camera work, lighting and make up artists were the best the industry had to offer
