I see no scars in the three usual areas: the axilla, infra mammary, or peri-areolar. If an aug happened after the above video, the breast size would likely be much larger.

You are discounting the "fat transfer" procedure. It is on the higher end of pricing and it involved taking fat from other parts of the body and injecting it in the breasts. No scars.

Implants also go through the armpits if you get a high end job. My wife has those and you couldn't see anything in her armpit as far as a scar unless you looked a lot close than a webcam or phone selfie would show.
