I don't want to highlight any cases for concern of possibly slandering the ladies concerned, but I have seen from Czech Republic for example, about 12 scenes on this site, predominantly in years around 2013 - 2017 where a lady might do one scene & nothing ever else. Now these women are mid 20's - early 30's. And its not Russia where the system might be so bureaucratically messed up, or the girls are so young that they might have second thoughts. I'm talking about Czech Republic in past 10 years. And the ladies don't seem inexperienced. What I can't understand is why they'd make a scene with personal life impact involved if they were not to follow through. There are a host of reasons why this might happen. As well as deciding themselves for a change of career, and that porn isn't for them, they may simply not sell well enough the first time to get booked for a second scene.

i think there should always be more than one scene shot and distributed.
Then interest should be monitored on the repurchase rate, not just the initial scene.
