Brings a tear to the eye for me anyway. What a tune, the patriotism so beautifully childlike, such tall godesses even! I love it when they trip up over what current version should be. I had one of them for 3 years, & I'll never forget her. What I'd forgotten was, the tallest of these ladies that the camera focuses on, Gamova is 6ft 9in tall, the lady at back must be taller still. Which means most of these ladies must be 6 ft 2in - 6ft 7in range, which again means they were all probably subjected to the pain of being looked down upon as freaks all their lives on the streets etc. So theres an even more special collective bonding here, I imagine.
