Polish countryside

Hi guys. I love the countryside around Brandenburg, former East Germany. Its just all meadows & simplicity, no big spectacles, just peaceful. I assume it is just as lovely once you pass over border into West Poland? Can anyone recommend an itinery for Poland in this respect, that doesn't include the mountains to south, 'cos I know they're beautiful. Can anyone recommend lovely not so well known places to visit in Poland? I love the people, Poles are so friendly & natural. Thanks!

Swinoujscie on the Baltic coast is a well known spa resort and pretty close to the islands of Wolin (Pol) and Usedom (Ger). Zielona Gora is a little further south and is the Polish wine capital. A little further inland you have Wielkopolski province, with historic cities like Poznan and Kalisz. There is also the Wielkopolski National Park.
In the southwest you have cities like Wroclaw (Breslau) and Jelenia Gora and the Karkonosze and Stolowe Mountains National Parks near the former Sudetenland border regions.

I know Wroclaw / Breslau & beautiful Tatra... but that was always coming in from Czech side, via Hradec-Kralove. I'm intrigued whats beyond Frankfurt Oder... I guess I just gotta jump in & do it.

This is a nice place, Netzer. Good call, Yum!
I also like Opole a lot, it gets a bit hilly, but no mountains, in direction of Czech border. Easily to reach from Wroclaw I think and also Prague via a new rail connection leaving Katowice aside. Haven't been there for very long, though.

Btw, there are first Polish pornstars from this area, but they are really really hard to spot in the streets for sure. Very hard even!

This is a nice place, Netzer. Good call, Yum!
