Problem with paying!

I bought one month membership and i didnt get my tickets.. 27.63 EUR for nothing!

you told me that i must try again..what about money you already took from me? This is stealing..i even told you time of transaction and date,and my card number..You can check your tansaction list and you will see transaction..

There was no transaction, please check with your bank. And please stick to the support e-mails, this is not a matter of public discussion.
