Same in Spain.

Sad, such a disingenuous over simplification of the pandemic. This is why we will never beat COVID19 as a race. Let me play this disingenuous game:

  • Should I go to jail for pushing someone off a 100 story building and the person falling to their death ? After all the act of me pushing that person didn't kill them, it was them actually smashing into the ground that did it.
  • Should I go to jail for pushing someone into the ocean and the person drowning ? After all the act of pushing that person didn't kill them, it was them suffocating from inhaling all that water.

So the answer to your no detail scenario in Poland is yes a person can die from a heart attack caused by COVID19. It is simple to understand just look at what the science says on what COVID does to your lungs and body in general and correlate that with what symptoms can bring on a heart attack. If this doesn't make sense after doing this simple research then you don't want to understand you just want to be disagreeable because COVID19 inconveniences you. I hate these inconveniences too but is something we have to be vigilant and do as the human race until science delivers a cure.

Unfortunately, these disingenuous no detail statements do more harm than good as people get tired of fighting COVID19.

There's a debate to be had (not here) about how to define deaths caused by Covid. Different countries report differently and some are playing games.

But look at all Luke87's posts in this thread. Seems he's just repeating tasty titbits of mindless fake news he saw on social media or some trash websites.

People hospitalised with obesity, diabetes, respiratory illnesses, compromised immune systems, diseases of ageing, etc. are all vulnerable to being killed off by Covid.

Some hospitals record all deaths after testing positive for Covid. Maybe some inflate the data with e.g. motor accident victims to get government money.

In the UK if you die from any cause within 28 days of testing positive for Covid it is noted as a cause of death.

Other governments do the opposite and suppress recorded numbers for cases of and deaths from Covid because it suits their political agenda.

Doesn't prove anything except that governments are generally incompetent and dishonest.

We already knew that.

But our ICU's are filling up fast with the 2nd wave.

And many real people are still actually dying because of Covid.

We just don't have much credible comparative data for how many.

In some countries we can look at excess deaths for 2020 compared with the averages for the last 5 years. But of course the data lags behind the virus wave(s).

As the topic is "what's next for LP in the forthcoming weeks", I would like to ask a question in line with the topic.
Does the situation in Czech Republic (with a lockdown) have any impact on shooting scenes at the moment? Is travel to/from CZ still possible? How is LP impacted?

I hope all this will get better soon and I hope a good balance can be found between shooting porn and keeping everyone as healthy as possible...

Travel to Cz appears to be possible today from within EU and UK except Spain.

Travel to Cz directly from Russia and USA appears not possible today - but I can't read Czech so maybe I'm wrong.

Of course, travel regulations can change tomorrow. But right now state regulation in Europe is only going one way, towards lockdown.

I can confirm that travel from both the U.S. or Russia to the Czech Republic is not permitted today.

I suck at grammar. Americans and Russians can't go to Prague right now.

As far as I know from Russia its possible, but only with a stay of 10-14 days in a 3rd country before.
Could be VAE, Turkey, Israel whatsoever.
Direct travel isn't possible.

New 1 month lockdown just announced in England. Looks like things are generally getting more restrictive in most of Europe now.

Are

Nicole Black
+
Mina

stranded in Czech than now?
Would be nice if Nicole could take the place of Kira Thorn, not her BF and stuff I mean, but just as living centre. Same for Mina of course! I really hope her sad stories changed into smiles again! Prague has so much to offer, not only nice guys, but nice lovely and lovable guys, too! ;)

As far as I know, Mina lives in Prague.

But in general, I’d say the whole of Europe has a long winter ahead. Numbers rising all over the place, restrictions tightening. Don’t expect a whole lot of travel for the next couple of months.

Yes, my bad. The CZ government website flags Spain in red, but then says lower down the page that they let you in anyway, subject to conditions:
"For countries in the category of red EU countries, presentation of a negative test for covid-19 or undergoing a period of quarantine is necessary. This applies both to Czech citizens and also to citizens of those EU countries who can also travel to the Czech Republic as tourists."

I don't know what is going on with her, since July that the spaniards can travel and work to Czech Rep. as myself and many other performers are doing, but she still is inactive I don’t know why.

She told me she’s not out of the game, only has been inactive due to the pandemic. Asked about her travel plans via IG, and she specifically mentioned Prague. Not that she has anything planned yet but that she’d like that to be her first destination again. For what it’s worth.

Pfizer today announced excellent results with their vaccine testing. Over 90% effective, could be on the market within a couple of months.

I'm not going to get a vaccine for a virus with such a low lethality. No way.

You may not be given a choice.

I don't think any government will force you to take the vaccine. Well, maybe China would, but that's irrelevant to us. However, I do think you may be effectively forced to take it, sooner or later, as things like air travel and walk-in businesses require people to take the vaccine in order to use their services.

It may not kill you but it may kill the person(s) you sit next to at the airport or on the plane.
Only way to stop it spreading is to avoid contact with people, or take an effective vaccine.
Like Ananas says, vaccination certificate will probably soon be required for travel across borders.

Don't know about hotels, restaurants, bars, etc., but I guess they could require you to e.g. scan a code from your phone on entry to evidence a current vaccination.
You'd give up some freedoms (freedom from surveillance) to enable other freedoms (freedom to travel and congregate with others).
Huge internet corporations and governments will love it.

I'm shocked that nearly anyone I've mentioned vaccine to, are like, 'you go first buddy'. I'm not saying they're right, but it is healthy to see a degree of cynicism.

I don't have the necessary competence to discuss this matter, but, as I see, this vaccine is the only hope to cease the current emergency. It seems that viruses are able to mutate, nonetheless the vaccine would fight it in its current form, and this will suffice for now.

Flu mutates, which is why they have to come up with new or modified vaccines every winter - some of which work better than others. I don't know about coronavirus, I've read that it mutates very slowly. Whatever happens we can't go on the way we are, something has to change.
