Yeah, Russian girls are the best. Sineplex should do whatever is best to get the most Russians - whether it's opening studio in Piter (which seems easier long term), or flying them out. If Sineplex can start getting back the top guys for every scene: Jamaica, Junior, Carlos, and also keep Nacho, Clay, Scott,(and maybe the new guy Chris Diamond), AND get more Russians, then maybe the scenes could be almost at level like the 2011 golden era Sineplex.

So what really changed?

Of course LP should do everything to go back with a big studio to Piter.
But please consider they had to flee really, it was really starting to get dangerous for them, they arrived in Prague in exile and built it all up again.
There are a lot of investments made in Czech, money, manpower, contacts...they even changed the czech girls attitude to porn, turned them from soft into hardcore-friendly again. Its nothing you just easily leave behind after two years only.
