Problems with account attestation and more

I got the support number #25640, but the communication is realy different (messeges are blank..) So I try it here:

First: How can I change my e-mail adress? Or can an admin do this? The adress wich I used to create the account does not exist anymore.

Second: I see the selected vids in my pornbox. When I want to buy/download one I have first to pass account attestation. So I read the procedure, click on login, write username and my password and allways get the massege: csrf token is invalid .... I tried it several times without success.

Well - now it works. Don´t know why.

But: Each download, that I paid with premium ticket, broke down. Do I have to pay again If I try to download again?

It seemed that I can download without double paying.
