This sounds like a gimmick.

It's not enough to be different for the sake of being different. You have to ask yourself if it's actually sexy, because the hyper-intense depiction of sex is the core value proposition of porn. If it's not sexy, then it's probably not worth doing. This might be interesting if it was used in limited applications to enhance stripteases, like to show a model popping her bra open in slow motion, but the cost of renting the camera, figuring out how it works, setting up the lighting rig to use it properly, etc. just isn't worth it.
