My account has been blocked for 4 months my username is roughralph. please will someone help me. I have tried to contact support 3 times and still no resolution. this is the message I get in response "I would be glad to help you, but unfortunately support team isn't authorized to deal with issues related to illegally distributed copies on the internet. Our law department will be contacting you on the issue."
I dont have any idea what they are talking about.

You should have been contacted by legal department. You need to resolve this matter with them.
