Besides, Julia knows perfectly well that I only want the best for her!
Every human has another body and reacts differently, same with mind ofc. Idea is to get to know yourself and react the best and most healthy way. Also for your mind. Julia put some red line to fasting and thats good so, but than she went back to a more sustainable diet. Important also is she's often outside, walking a lot and she leads a healthy life.
