Purchased scenes unavailable for download

I purchased several scenes, when I try to download, I get a yellow box at the top of the screen saying "This video is for your personal use only. You can not share it for public access."
I don't want to share it for public access, I just want to download the goddamn thing.
Maybe I entered a wrong answer to your goofy little questionnaire prior to download.
In any event, I want my purchases available for download immediately, if not, I want my fucking money back.

Please advise.

They should download almost simultaneously with that message popping up. At least that's what happens with me. Not a computer expert by any means, but maybe something blocks the download from your computer?

I always get the yellow bar but it goes away and I can download. Are you new here? I might have had to read and accept the first time.
