Still no answer.
Today its over 10 days overdue and I need tkts to buy more DAPs.
Maybe this will work better than my support request (#99663)?

I'm on 3mt recurring membership plan since years.
2020 I still got no tkts added.
Asked support 3 days ago.
Still no answer.
Today its over 10 days overdue and I need tkts to buy more DAPs.
Maybe this will work better than my support request (#99663)?

I had recharged with 120tkt before getting my next tkt share allocated.
Got the impression I didnt spend much of those additional tkts, but I'll check back.
Yep, indeed I did some indispensable shopping last few days, but I thought it was payed with old re-charge tickets.

This said I do still wonder why support system doenst seem to work properly and only here in forum I got an answer.
