trailers showing content not in final release

First Gape Exclusive #27 Anita Sparkle DP trailer shows a monster double facial at the end, yet the release itself stops midscene at the 31:41 mark when she is getting fucked in her pussy and the scene just ends with no facial.

i have thought they have done this in the past with kreme videos, but this is the first time that i have witnessed content shown in the trailer being omitted from the final version.

any chance this is just yet another oversight by the troubleshooting staff on legalporno, or is this now just simply commonplace to rip off customers again?!?!?

I've come across many films which have been misleadingly or falsely tagged. Whether it's deliberate or not, only LP can know.
But to be honest, I doubt they give a damn.

I think it's just laziness. For example, there are many videos that are tagged as "ass to other girl's mouth" or "ass to other girl's pussy", even though there's only one girl in the scene!

I've often wondered why they haven't handed out a few free tickets to someone like SirNoelPlum or Gapefan and give them an editors access account to the site. At least THEY know who's in what scene and can tag/write something in the description box instead of that 'x' nonsense. The more descriptive and accuratethe text is, the better their own search functions would be.

Yes, that would be the most effective remedy, but would also assume that they have given any thought to the matter - despite the complaints.
I checked out a number of user forums before joining and the reports were unanimous: don't expect a standard of "customer care" comparable to any other porn site, in fact expect nothing. So let's face it: they basically think we're a bunch of w**kers, and treat us as such.

I've offered to edit scenes for free over FTP, but they've never taken me up on it. To be honest, it's unlikely that they would entertain that idea. They know nothing about us and they'd be taking a huge chance on our ability to edit a scene well. There are logistical problems to consider too, and their in-house editors would probably pitch a fit if the fans started stealing work from them.

I have been seriously considering applying to direct scenes for LP later this summer. I've recently learned that I will have most of August free, and I'm planning to go to Europe anyway, so I'll be in the area, but I don't know if they're interested, what they're looking for, where I would have to travel, how lodging works, pay rates, etc...

@LP: Would you want to see a demo reel or something along those lines?

@evil-pineapples I wasn't thinking about actual video content particularly. Having a nose around in a few other sites code and picking out some clues this one is either based on or shares some functionality to EPi.

There is a very robust content hierarchy and some user account could be set up to only be able to edit existing video publication's TEXT. That way you wouldn't be treading on anyone's toes as it seems tagging and editorial content is quite low down the priority list. Personally, I'm not so picky, as long as the hot scenes keep coming I'm happy. ...But, in the bigger picture it looks lazy and half-arsed in comparison to their competitors! Any improvements to the feel of the site can only draw MORE paying and happy customers to the site! The sheer hotness of the scenes are leagues ahead of their rivals, lest we forget.

@TimB Great you set that other thread up! You've always been super pro with support queries and I'm sure a steady hand polishing up the site in general can only increase the appeal of LP. Sorry I can't bag me some freebies a I went through all the scenes I bought and most have been correctly identified already

I don't really have anyone very good with tagging/english and knowing girls/content enough. We may let some members edit this stuff in the near future.
