I think this sells well because the scenes are skilfully crafted. All the aspects are well balanced. This is not only about having a transwoman, it is about the total interaction with men and women doing nasty stuff and filmed with precision and experience.

My guess is that Giorgio hesitated to do this and wanted to give it all he got.
