Well most professional organizations have insurance although they make exclusions for certain things which are high risk. I am not a performer and have got no clue as to what contains in the contract they sign. If there is no insurance I am sure most companies would have a disclaimer in their contract. If agents can't protect the girls in this way then they are not doing their job.
