Honestly I don't share all these negative opinions about American porn: production and actors. Actually I find many contents very attractive and exciting. And maybe we never had yet so many beautiful girls in porn like now, and the most of them are ready for Anal, DP, Throat Fucking, Manhandle and other extreme contents. I could be wrong, but it seems to me a really exceptional situation. And, if it's true that parodies and (faked) incestuous contents are largely spread, I find attractive to have some small plots. And there's plenty of gagging and throat fucking with lots of spit and puke and sloppy faces. Ass licking is also missing here mostly.
Not to mention the setting variety and the overall better technical quality.
And we still have great, visionary directors like Aiden Riley, for example, who have collected Jay Sin's inheritance.
About actors, I find the very negative judgements clearly overdone. The "diabolical trio" is not that bad: Ramon Nomar and Mick Blue are good, solid studs, skilled and passionate, and Markus Dupree is, despite some overacting, not so bad either. The major problem is that they appears in too many scenes, thus the viewer gets bored of them. I also disagree about Mike Adriano and Mark Wood, two experienced and always solid guys, specialized in anal porn. And there are many others really good, black and white.
I could write much more, but want to conclude saying that I like the most of EVILANGEL's productions and several of JulesJordan's ones and many of the smaller labels like HOLED, HOOKUPHOTSHOT and many more.
I still think that European directors could learn one thing or two from the American ones.

I can comprehend both sides: The long summary og US porn from dankefuerinteresse and the reply from grey00owl.

Indeed, I can´t stand the overacting and tipfucking of Mick Blue, Ramon Nomar and Markus Dupree in so many US porn scenes. But as grey00owl mentioned from time to time there are pretty good scenes for example by Holed. During the Corona crisis (with understandably almost no new good content on LP) I re-watched a lot of old EvilAngel stuff. What LP should stand for (just my two cents...): I would like to see much more rough REALLY ballsdeep DP´s and especially LONG sequences of 1on1 asshammering (like for example in the famous Angel Smalls LP scene). No matter, if it´s one guy after another during a gangbang or 2on1 like in the very good scenes with Mike & Dylan or even 1on1 like the Blackbuster scenes with Mike or all the Rocco Intimate Castings scenes. I would like to see much more long sequences with REALLY deepthroat facefucking (best "head down") with lots of spit, drool and yes even puke if it happens. I would like to see much more passionate and rough kissing, spitting, rimming and stuff like that. I would like to see much more little storylines, new locations, different scene flows, new directors with a new vision.
