Sound not working on player

Any one had the same problem.The video plays when streaming but I can't turn the sound from off ? This is on a phone anyone know thanks

This may be unrelated but I did actually have the same problem on my Windows 10 laptop over the weekend. Rebooting the laptop cured the issue.
