It was better before. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that sales have gone up since the change though, which if true it's hard to argue against from a business perspective. And to some extent we all benefit if this keeps production of porn we want going.

Made it much more difficult to navigate.
But we can get used to it.
Many bugs still, though: For instance if I look for DAP scenes with a certain studio and make a list according to release date, but that go on page 2 of those releases the "DAP" tag is gone again. Or male cast is missing, but for me there are actors I tend to skip and others I know they do the job I want them to do. Really just much more difficult and time consuming.

But I guess they are working on it, all those bugs and all those missing tags.
I really do hope so!

Sales are up now out of desperation with many users I think, but they can go down again. And it should be sustainable of course.

Personally, I don't like the change, mostly because there are some bugs at the moment, and I liked the way the site looked before, but if the sales have gone up because of it, I'll gladly get used to it.

I was not happy when it started as the browsing experience on LP was far superior to Pornbox. However, since then a lot of work has been carried out to improve the user experience. Now they've added picture & screenshot galleries as well as a host of other features I'm finding that pornbox isn't so bad now.

Pornbox wasn't ready for the change over but with the improvements I think it is now.

You do, just need @paid in the search bar followed by whatever... A good example would be "@paid @dap", which would give all DAP tagged scenes you own. I proudly own 172 of these glorious bad boys.

Ok. But I made custom made notes just for me with over 500 DAP scenes and I can't search them according to my own descriptions (in a way I would be able to with word document) now.

Are you sure? For me any search I do only gives results from my library, with it seeming to be impossible to search the whole Store. And yes, I have made sure I've been on the Store tab first, with the search box saying Search in "Store" before I enter anything.

I realise your problem on not being able to search for comments you've added yourself is a different issue but I'm surprised if where each of us can search is different?

It's much less user friendly on Porn Box, User experience went down with No apparent benefit to me, the Customer. I still don't see things as I should, As I did on the LP site. There are no piss scenes in my top, or new, I have to search for them. So I just bought a clean version of a piss scene, without first knowing that there was a full version of it out there, because It Doesn't Show Up, and scenes that I purchase where there are two versions of them, no longer gives me both, they're separate items in the store now. Hate that, just a way to make mistakes on cut up versions of what I actually want.

You've misinterpreted my post there. All I was trying to do was to clarify the exact behaviour so that those who run the site had the correct details and so hopefully were in a better position to fix the problem.

Let me ask my question again. Are you certain that when you search you get results from the whole Store, rather than just those from your library (purchased scenes plus those in your wishlist)? The latter is what I get, and above I simply said I'd be surprised if you didn't get the same behaviour.

And let me repeat that I totally understand you have additional issues that you would like resolved.

Just searched for Nataly Gold in "Library" to find her latest scene bough by me (sz2301) and check some edited notes I made earlier. Guess it worked? - No!
What I got was about 20 scenes I bought earlier, last was sz19...something. WTF!
Than I searched for "sz2301" - no result!
Than tries *@sz3201" - no result!

Fellwed a forum link to 1 scene and no pornbox redirection shit popped up but I could watch the trailer like before. Immediately bought that scene out of joy old system is back!

I think they managed to straighten out a lot of glitches. Could it have been smoother maybe, but they have been a bit quick to address things.

I think what may have made it smoother initially/visually was leaving the layout/format 3 larger thumbs across, rather than 4 smaller thumbs across. Would have caused less of an OMG!! reaction.

Looking at the positive, I do like the ability to purchase a models entire catalog (haven't done it yet, but will eventually).

I would have expected the switch to Porhbox to at least offer the same customer experience or better. It does not. Predictive typing is gone, not all male actors are listed plus other things that have been mentioned. Not sure what led to the switch. We were told with no opportunity to comment. There are somethings I like. I tested with one studio and it shows me the scenes I don't have. I am sure LP continues to work on it. The experience should not be worse but it is and clearly, those who responded to the poll, feel the same way.

1.same as before, I get 18 scenes in my "Library", 17 I own - 1 I listed for buying - BUT I actually own 26 or her listed 43 scenes in "Shop" - WTF?!

Do you ever get results from any search for any scenes that are not in your library? I'm betting you don't and this is what I mean by the search being only in your library, not in the store as you originally suggested. Think of a model you own no scenes for, and have none in your wishlist, and search for @her name. If I do this I get zero results since there are none in my library. Are you with me now?

It's a bit odd that if you search for '@Nataly Gold' you don't get all of the results in your library though. Any chance that in your editing of the names you have removed/changed the @Nataly Gold tags from the end of some so that these don't appear?

Surely there is no such scene as SZ3201 yet? It's odd you can't find SZ2301 though. If I search for a scene I own by its SZ number I can get a result like below, but clicking on Owned Scenes then shows me it's picture that I can then click on.

As I don't own SZ2301 I have to make sure I click on All scenes or Available in store to see it instad. What do you see if you search for SZ2301?

That used to be the list of scenes we already own or have on our whishlist and whose descriptions we can alter. Me, I make a lot of additional infos for my fetishes there. Thus I need to find my scenes also in "Library" later.
And there search system completely sucks! Not customer friendly there at all! Can you make sure that gets also worked on and made better?

For what it's worth, predictive typing does work if you use the @ symbol at the start, but it only gives results in your library. Plus @xxx says there are other problems although I haven't come across any myself.

Giving credit where credit is due. I have seen enhancements that have made to make the experience better. I like seeing what I don't already own presented as available in store for certain searches plus other features. I see this being a better experience in the end.

I'm completely out of the loop so I'm sorry if this has been fixed already.

I think the mechanisim to add scenes to "my wishlist" is cumbersome.
I don't like streaming porn, so I always want to download it. Can't help it.

So, what happens is that when a new scene "caughts my eye"
I need to add it to my wishlist so I can later download the trailer and decide if I want to buy said scene.

I wish I could just download the trailer, from the store tab
without the need to add it to the wishlist, which IMO is redundant
because at this time there is a wishlist and cart
and I think the cart it's kinda exactly the same thing as the wishlist,
but with the benefit that it says how many tkt you need in total to purchase everything in the cart,
the wishlist doesn't have that.

ALSO, speaking about the store,

it's broken, lol

I remember clicking on the preview image and seeing an overlay pop up,
now it goes to a new page and auto-plays the trailer,
so I just click "add to wishlist" or "cart" and click the "back" button.
but I can still hear the trailer playing, although I'm back at the store.

that's really annoying. SO much so that I hate being in the pornbox. lol

Finally, I been waiting for a filter in the pornbox,
that hides the pissing scenes. you know, it's pretty simple,
if a scene has a tag, say "pissing" or "piss drinking"
there should be a button that I can click,
that hides that content from my view

True, it actually gets up to sort of a search function in LIBRARY, at least up to the extent site porposes you some scenes you already own or have in your wishlist bought that might fit your criteria, also be it added by yourself earlier in description. Its far from perfect of course, but its a small progress.

I do hope LP still works on fully searchable texts in LIBRARY!
