Video in my library but can't view or dl

Seriously, it's just getting worse and worse...

I bought GL069, tickets were deducted and the video appears in my PB library. But when I click on it, I only see the trailer and I have to buy the video again???

Come on...really???

GIO1202 works normal for me for dll via "Library"

All interface with shop, library etc. is a mess for me still, though. And my fave tool "Library" isn't searchable etc. Good I at least still can sort according to date of purchase and dll the last one. But what if I wanted to dll an older scene I bough a longer time ago?

Yes, GIO1202 appears to work now, same for GL069.
But the fact that such a bug appears at all after buying a scene does not fill me with confidence.

Fact is I only use PB to buy the scene and download it. Already did that, but after this thing I’m glad that is the right strategy for me. I don’t use it to browse, search, categorize or whatever else. After buying something I get the hell off that page to avoid being annoyed like I was here...

For me the way described worked within same minute I bought those scenes.

But I am cautious also a bit because there i have 1000s of descriptions in "Library" in scenes descriptions to which I dont have access since system changed really because "Library" is not searchable.

It's happening again.

Bought two scenes, tickets are deducted but I cannot view or download anything. I get the same screen with only the option to watch the trailer and to BUY the scene AGAIN.
Seriously, how can you guys not fix a bug like this?
