"Kuckmal"----> should be written in proper German as two words: "guck mal" .
"Gucken" is a German verb and colloquial (idiom/slang); rarely the alternative spelling "kucken" is used.
"Gucken" means : to look. "Mal" means "once" or like "one time" .
So if you translate it it says: "Have a look (at this/or that)". I'm surprised Caveman39 never heard jbeam in JYLC movies because the term/expression took over after a while and even replaced kuckmal in the last films/series .

Different people have said that jbeam is jbeam in every language - LOL - which pretty much is ' ass wide open ' But how it came to be ... who knows?!!! I've seen old hardcore LeCastel fans saying writing it "CH'BEAM = JBEAM" but no one ever explained the origins of the word . As for the LP scene Return of Kuckmal, I love the boldness and initiative of bringing it back but I had hoped the performers and director had studied the style. Most of them were not even born or of age when Kuckmal was a thing and it only proves that we are porn connoisseurs and not necessarily the people working in the business. It all just sounded forced and artificial with mostly the annoying Mike screaming "kuckmal" when no kuckmal was happening for real. They should have sent the videos to the pornstars instead of just telling them what kuckmal is supposed to be/look . They first should have tried to invite JYLC to come out of retirement for a LP kuckmal series . If he declined they could at least do what I already suggested : study. Other people could have helped them too : David Perry, Andrew Youngman and Steve Holmes. And it's not just about gapes but it is also about humor and having a laugh as some of you guys brought it up. With all that in mind, its hard to give a positive feedback other than encourage them to keep on trying. This let us fans first commonly just think:
Who of the current LP directors could best re-play some JYL style kuckmals?
Did he already shoot such scenes? How close they come to the original in their beam/kuckmal style part? 50%? 30%? Less?
Which current LP talent has shown she could understand what kuckmal is about? Is there a girl holding her butt cheeks apart showing proudly her gape?

Kuckmal is what got a lot of people in to anal porn gapes etc but times change and things evolve. The scene has come along way from JYL creation and rightly things do move forward. JYL is obviously been a big influence on anal porn and by extension LP.

I don't want LP to rehash what JYL did in the past but push things forward. Kuckmal/gaping in general can slow down the fucking action so a scene shouldn't all be about Kuckmal or gaping. However, parts of a scene should be dedicated to making big gapes, taking the time to show off and appreciate a big gape. This may require a bit more editing to a scene but I think it would really ultimately contribute to a better product/scene.

What do other forum members think about parts of a scene being dedicated to really showing off big gapes? Would you buy a scene that specifically focused on big gapes?

Thank you for complimenting my comment. I love porn. I think any of the LP directors could bring back the proper kuckmal. They just need to study the legacy of JYLC. Apart from the things I relayed in my original post I have not seen anything else on LP that is kuckmal related. I think the crew of "Return of Kuckmal" deserves A+ for initiative but they haven't even achieved a 10% of the original JYLC days. I wonder: should we contact the directors and ask them to consider making a kuckmal series?

I think the core to understand is that JYL really loved the women he was working with, he really cared and he was a character putting himself into set showing he is caring and he is really trying to make things easier on set instead of giving them a hard time.

For me the big change to the worse in Europorn came with that barking early Piter times Sineplex director yelling his commands on the girls how to to move, how to look, how to fuck etc. Of course there is always instruction needed but I am talking about that tone. That command tone, that attitude I pay you and now you perform for me exactly what I want from you.
JYL would never do that! He'd rather joke, rather smile, rather make a polite allusion etc.
